29 Power Projects taken up by NHPC in the district
  a) Middle Siang Project
    Project site is located about 55 Km from Aalo town which will utilize the water of river Siyom. The installed capacity of this project is expected to be 700 MW approximately. The investigation works of this project was taken up during March' 2000 and major part of field work stands completed. Latest survey and other investigation techniques are being used for speedy completion of work. Various investigation activities taken up at the site and status thereof is as under:
