Minister attended 25th College Day Celebration at Kamki

Aalo 27th March:- Er. Taba Tedir Hon’ble minister Education Art and Culture and Dept. of Indigenous Affairs attended the 25th Donyi Polo Govt College day at Kamki as Chief Guest and Sri Gokar Basar HMLA 29 Basar AC as Guest of Honour and Sri Nyamar Karbak as Chief Patron of the Silver Jubilee Day, West Siang Deputy Commissioner Sri Penga Tato and Dy SP West Siang, HODs and Kamba ADC Sri Rujum Raksap accompanying the VIPs . Before attending the major function they visited the Govt.Hr.Sec School of Kamba and interacted with the students and teaching staffs of the GHSS Kamba which was established during the year 1948.
During the interaction session MLA Nyamar Karbak mentioned the top alumnus of GHSS KAMBA. The School has produced many IAS, IPS Officers. His constituency has produced many top officers of the state. GHSS Kamba is selected in top 50 golden Jubilee school where the Govt. will provide infrastructure Development.
Hon’ble Minister Er. Taba Tedir requests the public not to encroach the school compound and directed the ADC Kamba and D.C West Siang to issue the LPC for rural School and land allotment for urban school. He also announced for the students that Govt will provide Laptop to the District Toppers of class x and XII and Rs 2(two) lakhs will be provided to ST students those who cleared the national level entrance examination like IIT,AIIMs etc.
At Donyi Polo Govt. college silver Jubilee day HMLA 27 Liro Moba Sri Nyamar Karbak as chief patron advised the students to focus only on study as this college produced many officers who are serving in various departments of states since its inception in the years 1996. He encouraged the students of the college to follow the path of Sri Rimmo Karbak First Army Officer of the state and major Genral Jarken Gamlin, Remo Kamki IAS and Many IPS and other officers who served in various departments of Arunachal Pradesh and in India. Kamba will become the education hub of the state after the establishment of Rajiv Gandhi University extension and Science departments at DPGC. He requests the Public to cooperate for overall development of the area.
HLMA Sri Gokar Basar as Guest of Honour assured the faculty members and students to help for the development of the College and assured to construct best quality students waiting shed at College Campus.
Hon’ble Minister Er. Taba Tedir Chief Guest inaugurated the XXV College Day by lighting the Olympic torch and assured the Public that RGU campus extension at Kamba is in Pipeline. Though the shortage of faculties members in various colleges of the state. He assured to transfer the science faculties members for starting B,Sc courses at DPGC Kamba. He told the masses that the Govt. is going to start the Arunachal University at Pasighat soon.
He appealed the students to concentrate on study and also on sports where the Govt., kept 5% sports quota in all state govt. departments.
Under the young and dynamic leaders of Sri Pema Khandu Hon’ble Chief Minister he stated that our state is going to the right direction and for employment, the intelligent students will get the Govt. Job after clearing the APSSB and APPSCE, National education Policy has been launched in Arunachal and state Govt. is strictly following the NEP 2020. He praised the Local MLA Sri Nyamar Karbak for his dedication in overall development of his constituency.
The DPGC principle DR. Gindu Borang welcomed the visiting dignitaries and submitted the memorandum in which the Hon’ble Minsiter assured to take on priority. During the day mega cultural program, felicitation of the Toppers for session 2020-21 of DPGC college students was conducted. The 25th college day was sponsored by the family members of late Tumnya Karbak in his memory.
