MLA Exhorts Passing out Nurses to emulate humanitarian Works of Lady with the Lamp.

Aalo: 26th July:- The Lamp Lighting Ceremony of the third batch of students from ANM School Aalo was held at Hotel West with fanfare and administration of out to all passing out students of the school today. Altogether students from seven districts of the state come here annually for admission.
The MLA Aalo East, Shri Kento Jini said that nurses have a rich legacy of dedication and humanism shown by Florence Nightingale, the Lady with Lamp. They all should be well equipped with knowledge on health delivery system and work relentlessly for the cause of patients in their assigned places. Replying to memorandum submitted to him by the Principal ANM School pertaining to provision of generator and 10 nos. of table fans, they MLA hinted that uninterrupted water, electricity supply and street lights have to be worked in Medical and DC office.
The West Siang Deputy Commissioner Smti Swetika Sachan nurses have more crucial role to play than the doctors as all patients are under their care round the clock. They should be able to serve in all PHCs, CHCs, Sub centres with utmost dedication. The DMO Dr. Moli Riba, Medical Superintendent Dr. Linya Lollen disclosed that Aalo hospital is functioning smoothly in terms of supporting manpower in them despite facing certain limitations ever since the establishment ANM Hostel at Aalo. The Principal of ANM School Aalo Smti Meena Kojee highlighted the activities in detail about the school.
