2nd quarter of DLMC Meeting

The 2nd  quarter of District Level Monitoring committee Meeting 2021-22 for West Siang was held under the Chairmanship of West Siang Deputy commissioner was held at DC conference hall DC office today. All head of offices, ZPMs and Executive agencies took part in the day long deliberation on various schemes that are being implemented in the district.

 

                         Predicating in the discussion, the MLA Aalo East cum Advisors Law and Justice Advocate Kento Jini exhorted govt. officers to work in close coordination with PRIs in implementing the policies and program me as they represent the rural masses. Assets created should be of public utility and largely benefitted the people and there should not be any disparity in selecting to beneficiaries and awarding development scheme.  Aalo is a very old town but lagging behind in many fronts today and all must be work as a team to rejuvenate, beautify to develop the town. He also spoke on his effort to improve GH Aalo, TAH Works and Stadium Construction at Aalo.

                                Presiding over the function, the DC le stressed on participation of PRIs and Head of offices in such important to know the schemes that are being implemented in the District and share problem and grievances sitting across the table. He also urged the Head of offices to created peoples friendly approach and renders services sincerely and dedicatedly. Centers and state Govt. schemes should be carried out as per as govt. guidelines and all assets are to be created for beneficial uses and not in the out skirts where peoples have no access to it. Monthly reports and returns should be submitted by Executing Agencies to the DC timely for onwards submission to govt.

              The district planning officer, Shri Marjum Karga outlined the details aim and objectives of the Meeting. The executive agencies and Head of offices spelt out in details on scheme taken up by them through PowerPoint presentation.
