DTF Reviews Immunization Performance2019-20 and Micro Plan 2020-21.

Aalo 18th June: – The District Task Force Meeting on Routine Immunization reviewed the overall performance 2019-20 and Micro Plan 2020-21 under the Chairmanship of West Siang Deputy Commissioner Shri Moki Loyi at Conference Hall of DC Office today.
The DC said that immunization all over the country is one of the biggest and pet project of the Govt. of India and stressed on proper survey involving doctors, teachers, ASHAs and Anganwadi workers to make it realistic and more than 90% coverage by December 2020 as per the deadline set by the govt. Stressing on the need to conduct Block Level meetings to set the desired targets, he also asked the Medical officers to keep close rapport with the administrative Officers in the outpost to sort out hurdles in service delivery and other problem that require administrative intervention. He said that he is shortly conducting meeting of all administrative officers and issues faced by the doctors may be brought up in the agenda for discussion.
The DMO Dr. Moli Riba also laid emphasis to put better efforts to bring out more realistic micro-plan focusing on forms 3,4 and 5. Due to bifurcation of districts, West Siang has become more compact and easier to raise the present 76% of coverage to much higher target within these remaining months. The In charge Dy. Director ICDS, Shri Baye Koyu assured to pass instructions to all Anganwadi workers at different places to be part of the programme. The Medical Superintendent, Dr. Linya Lollen, DFWO, Dr. Tomar Kamki and Shri Yomto Lollen, DPM also gave detail deliberations on Review Mechanism, routine immunization and its targets and achievements through power point presentation.
The doctors from CHCs, PHCs and Sub Centers also spelt out fruitful suggestions and problems faced by them in implementation the Routine Immunization.
