National Voters’ Day Observed.

Aalo 25th Jan: – The National Voters’ Day was observed with enthusiastic manner at DEO Office premises today. The Chief Guest Shri Shri Doi Ado, former Minister gave away the prizes for essay and painting competition and exhorted the young voters to take part in the democratic process as the citizen of India through enrollment and exercising their franchise.
The DEO Shri Moki Loyi administered the oath said that the NVD is observed every year to commemorate the foundation day of Election Commission of India and exhorted all to feel proud to be a voter. He also gave away the new Election I- Cards to all newly enrolled voters. Smti Koj Yabyang outlined the details of celebrating the National Voters’ Day Pledge and appeal all voters to E-Epic web to download any documents read out the NVD message for the district.
