Legal Awareness to Celebrate 75th Year of Indi’s Independence

Aalo 27th Nov: Along with the rest of the India, Office of the Legal Aid Clinic at the premises of Additional District & Sessions Court-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Upper Subansiri District, Camp: Basar, A.P has conducted legal awareness campaign to celebrate India’s 75th year of independence as the “AZAADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV” in commemoration of the adoption day of our Constitution as SAMVIDHAN DIVAS (CONSTITUTION DAY) at the Panchayat Hall, New Dari village, Dari, Leparada District, A.P on 26.11.2021.

          Shri Tage Halley, AD&SJ cum Chairman, DLSA, U/Subansiri District, Camp: Basar dwelt at length on Synergy between Customary Law (Assam Frontier Administration of Justice) Regulation, 1945 and The Arunachal Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 2021, Mr. Mijum Doke, Advt.–– Indian Adoption Law cum Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and POCSO Act, 2012,  Mr. Ito Riram, Advt. cum Retainer Lawyer, Legal Aid Clinic, Basar­­–– The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic  Substances Act, 1985.

The representatives of village authority/Head Gaon Burah and Gaon Burahs, Women Organization, Panchayat Members, Self Help Group, Youth Forum and other general public of entire Dari Circle, Leparada District comprising of 05 females and 39 males in total have participated on the occasion.
