DPCM Finalizes GPDP and ZPDP Annual Action Plan-2022-23

Aalo 11^th Feb: – The District Planning Committee Meeting Zilla Parishad Development held under the Chairmanship of West Siang Deputy Commissioner Shri Penga Tato, attended at large by Zilla Parishad Chairperson Shri Babom Romin, ZPMs and Line Department finalized today in the Conference Hall of DC office today. Of ZPDP 2022-23 in the conference Hall office today.

The DC said that such need based plan has to be drawn by us on annual basis and it is up to the govt. to place budgetary grant to implement these schemes. All stakeholders, govt. servants, Work departments, HODs and PRIs have to work in close coordination for any tangible development in the district. The work agencies should keep in touch with the respective administrative officers to look into any law and order problem in work execution. Officers should be committed and have people friendly behavior to take up any schemes of the govt. as our services are meant for the people whom we serve.

Shri Babom Romin, ZPC stressed on maintaining normal working procedural system among the officers, issue of work order below Rs. 50 lakhs as per the recent govt. order, uploading the names of old age pension in web portal timely, allotment of land to people who are permanently residing with permanent structures, timely financial benefits to selected beneficiaries and intimate funding and schemes from all sources to the Panchayat leaders.

The PD cum District Panchayat Development Officer Shri Jiken Bomjen highlighted the objective behind conducting the all important meeting and sought everyone’s cooperation for initiating the grassroots development in the district. The HODs and ZPMs also spelt out their schemes in various heads and spelt out their problems also.
