Aalo 16th March:- This morning at around 1:30 am the fire broke out and gutted 6 (six) residential houses and 6 granaries into ashes at Yigi kaum village 10km from district headquarter. Houses and granaries belonging to sri Yisen Ori,Mikom Ori,Tumrik Ori,Tummin Ori,Gumli Ori and Limar Ori. The fire broke out at 1:30 am this morning and the villagers informed the fire service of Aalo. The fire tender reached to spot and save many houses from devastation. Electric short circuit was suspected as the main causes of incident.
On receiving the news West Siang Deputy commissioner Sri Penga Tato rushed to the spot along with Dorjee Neema DDMO west Siang and distributed the interim relief materials and necessary relief assistance to the fire victims and assured to released the relief amount to the victims individuals bank accounts.
Advocate Gekar Angu ZPM 3A Pushi also distributed the relief materials. He assured to help fire victims that the lost documents will be recovered with the help of District Legal service Authority of West Siang.
Central Kargu Gamgi also provided the relief Materials. The overall management and arrangement for fire victims are look after by sri Genya Ori ZPM of 5A Ubu Bango.
