20 Bn ITBP hosted an Intra Frontier Judo competition 2022

Aalo on 10^th August 2022:- 20 Bn ITBP, Aalo hosted an Intra Frontier Judo competition 2022 in the beautiful unit camps from 01.08.22 to 09.08.22 from three sector Headquarter IE; SHQ (Likabali), SHQ ( Tezpur) and SHQ ( Dibrugarh) were participated with full Sportsman Spirit. Over a week-long event, this unit was indulged in an atmosphere of sports. On 09-08-2022, final match was played between SHQ (Dibrugarh) and SHQ ( Tezpur) in 73kg and 80 kg categories, and later latter clinched the overall title with 32 points while SHQ (Dibrugarh) placed at 2nd with 20 points and SHQ( Likabali) placed at 3rd with 17 points.

During the event a warm and colorful closing ceremony was organized in the parade ground with ambience of a triumph. Shri Dharampal Singh Rawat, Commandant 20Bn has presided over the closing ceremony. The participants were awarded with Gold/Silver/Bronze medals for respective achievers. A speech was also delivered by Shri Dharampal Singh Rawat on the occasion of closing ceremony and officially declared the closing of Intra – Frontier Judo Competition-2022.

An excellent march past was displayed by all the teams. The Other officers, Subordinate Officers and other ranks and civilian spectators applauded the team for their laurels and their performance and spirit
