Mass Cleanliness Drive organized at Donyi Polo Gangi Aalo

Aalo on 12^th August 2022:- India is celebrating its 75^th years of Independence as 75^th Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav(AKAM). In keeping the Motto of NSS: Not Me But You, on 12^th August 2022 NSS Unit of SFS College, Aalo, West Siang District organized “Mass Cleanliness” Drive At Donyi Polo Gangi, Aalo. The Premier Centre of Indigenous Faith of West Siang District (AP). This magnificent Building Construction was started in the year 1969 and was Formerly Inaugurated in the Year 1972. Since then it has been the most important centre of praying and belief of local indigenous people. 80 volunteers took active part in cleanliness Drive. Mr Kenli Ete, Program Officer, divided the volunteers into four groups. Each group has given different task to finish.  Swiping & Mopping of inside Gangi (Temple), Clearing of Grasses, Cleaning of waterway (Nallahs), Burning of Plastic Waste.

             Shri Lojen Kamcham, Secretary General, Central Kagru Gangi, Aalo was highly appreciated the volunteers students for their service for the premier institution, he encouraged the volunteers to always engage in such selfless activity and wishes them become good citizen and contribute to the society.
