District Level Monitoring Committee Meeting held at Aalo.

Aalo the 22^nd September 2023: The West Siang District Level Monitoring Committee meeting was held at DC conference hall under the chairmanship of Penga Tato DC West Siang on 22nd Sept 2023.

            Marjum Karga DPO cum member secretary DLMC welcomes and highlighted the DLMC meeting. The meeting was to review the progress of various developmental projects of West Siang District. Karga appeals the executing agencies and concern administrative Officer of the district to conduct the circle level monitoring committee so that progress of the projects can be easily monitoring by concern ADC & Circle Officers in their Jurisdictions.

            Deputy Commissioner Penga Tato urges the executing agencies to complete the project in time without compromising the quality of works. He urges the executing agency to complete the multipurpose cultural hall which will be use for ensuing election purposes.

            DC also urges the concern department to achieve 100% work completion in time and also request the department to obtain undertaking before execution of any projects.

            DC also appeals the people to cooperate for disposal of the garbage’s as Aalo Township is facing hard to dispose off the solid waste.

            ZPM Danli Niri apprised that steel bridge over River Siyom connecting Kambu village is in slow progress. He requested the concern authorities to complete the works as early as possible.

            West Siang ZPC Tumpe Ete request the executing agencies to handover the list of project/schemes to every ZPMs of West Siang so that they can monitoring the progress of the schemes. He further vehemently discouraged the RTI activists who are using the RTI act as means. He appeals all the HoD’s, Executing agencies, admin Officers and PR leaders to work together to achieve the goal of progress. He also request the concern department to issue the list of project of West Siang to his office so that PR leaders could monitor the schemes properly.
