Awareness Week cum Road Safety and Motor Vehicle ( Amendment)Act 2019 to be organize by West Siang District Police

Aalo on 19^th  October : The West Siang District Police is going to Organize a “Road Safety and Motor Vehicle ( Amendment) Act 2019 Awareness Week ” on the celebration of 50 Years of Arunachal Pradesh Police.

The new MV Act Cover 24 traffic offences. Under the new MV Act the violators have to visit the court to Pay their fine. The offences include unauthorized person to drive fine @ Rs 5000, Driving without License, Not Wearing safety belt @ Rs 1000, Not Wearing Helmet( Driver and Pillion Rider)@ Rs 1000 etc.

The Motor Vehicle awareness will start from 24th October 2022 (Monday) in entire West Siang District by Imposing penalties to violators as informed by West Siang District Superintendent of Police Sri Abhimanyu Poswal (IPS).
