Coordination meeting for Civil and Military Mock exercise held.

Aalo the 27^th May 2025: The District Disaster Management Authority of West Siang District conduct the Coordination meeting regarding the Civil and Military Mock exercise on Simulation of flood relief at DC’s Conference Hall today on 27th May 2025. The meeting was chaired by Smty Mabi Taipodia Jini ADC cum Incident Commander of DDMA.

            The Civil Military Mock Exercise  will be conduct on 29th May 2025. The Incident site for the  mock exercise has been identified at Koji area/Kabu Mate which is flood-prone area. DDMA has appealed to the Public of nearby areas not to panic during the Mock exercise on 29th May. The DDMA must be Equipped with real time preparedness as southwest monsoon is on set.

            DDMO Sri Dorjee Nima informed all the stakeholders of the DDMA, to participate in the proposed Mock drill on 29th May.

            The meeting was attended by EAC Jumkar Karbi, DMO, Officers from Indian Army,  and HoDs.
