District Level 7th Edition of Hangpan Dada tournament concluded at West Siang

Aalo the 31st May 2024: The District level 7th Edition of Hangpan Dada Memorial tournament 2023-24 concluded successfully at Pobdi Sec School on 30th May 2024.Ms Mamu Hage IAS Deputy Commissioner, West Siang District and Shri Prince Kumar IAS Additional Commissioner graced the occasion as Chief guest and Guest of honour in closing ceremony of District level 7th Edition Hangpang Dada Memorial  tournament 2023-2024 on 30th May 2024. While addressing the Boy’s U-16 final match Deputy Commissioner encouraged the player to keep play games for benefits of health united unless you attain result.

               Shri Prince Kumar IAS also highlighted the value and avenues of Games and Sports.

               T Loyi DASO while welcoming the Guest, he highlighted the report of the Block level and District level tournament. More than 150 participant from 3 Assembly constituency took part during the tournament and 20 state referees and officials were organized the event.

               The event was successfully organized with the help of DOA, DFA and DVA of West Siang District.

               In Volleyball, 31st Aalo East was emerged as Winner in Girls category and 30th Aalo West emerged as Winner in Boy Category,

               In Boys football 30th Aalo West defeating 27 Liromoba with narrow margin of 1-0 while in Girls football 31st Aalo East emerged winner respectively.

            Winner of Best player for Girls are Miss Damini Jini (Football) and Jyoti Yorpen (Volleyball). In Boys category best player are Nyato Ngomdir (Football) and Pemar Angu (Volley Ball).
