DLMC MEETING CONDUCTED

Aalo the 18th July 2023: The West Siang DLMC meeting was conducted in DC conference hall Aalo. Sri Penga Tato Deputy Commissioner Aalo chaired the DLMC meeting and Sri Tumpe Ete ZPC West Siang also attended the meeting. Sri Marjum Karga Member Secretary DLMC cum District Planning Officer welcome the officers, Panchayat Leaders and NGO’s. DPO Karga highlighted that, DLMC review meeting is conducting on monthly basis to review the progress of CSS schemes. He asked the HOD’s to submit the exact remaining data of various flagship programme.
D.C West Siang Penga Tato urges all the ZPMs and HoD’s to select the genuine beneficiaries to achieve the targets of the government. D.C inform all the admin Officers of various circles to conduct Block Level Monitoring committee(BLMC) to know the factual information and review the progress of various schemes involving all the Officers of Implementing departments. He also informed that implementing departments of the various schemes are to be issued to concern administration Officers along with the details of sanctions order of central sponsored schemes. DC urged the department to regularly monitor the progress of the schemes and quality should not be compromised while executing the government schemes. He also informed that HoD’s to inform the ZPM’s of the area before implement the schemes.
Tumpe Ete ZPC West Siang urged the HoD’s to cooperate the ZPM’s and MLA’s for overall development of the District. Ete request the HoD’s to accept the Land possession Certificate (LPC) issued by HGB of respective village with valid documents. Later on he assured the chairman that his Panchayat leaders will cooperate for the development of the District and urged ZPMs of the District to identify the genuine beneficiaries for various schemes. He also appeals the stakeholders to help the government targets in achieving its goal.
During the meeting Dr. Tomar Kamki DFWO Aalo informed that, CHC Kamba was awarded for commendation certificates on KAYAKALP but shortage of Allopathic doctors is facing by the public’s of Kamba areas.
During the meeting HoD’s, Admin Officers, NGO’s were present.
