DLMC MEETING CONDUCTED

Aalo the 18^thDecember 2023: The District Level Monitoring Committee of West Siang was held under the chairmanship of Ms Mamu Hage, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of West Siang  here at DC’s conference hall on 18th Dec 2023. Sri Marjum Karga,DPO Aalo cum Member secretary welcome all the Officers and Highlighted the importance of review meeting.

            While chairing the DLMC meeting DC urged all the implementing agencies to complete the projects in time and if any hindrance occurred during the working period the matters is to be immediately reported to her knowledge as development cannot be stop for a petty issues.

            She also directed the implementing agencies of Multi purpose cultural hall to be complete and hand over the new building within January 2024 asAssembly election is coming nearer.

            She informed that all the flagship schemes will achieved its saturation as the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is conducting camp in every villages of West Siang District since 20th November 2023 and concluded on 19th Jan 2024. The Mega Camp on Seva Aap Ke Dwaar and Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra will be conducted at Pobdi Village on 22nd Dec 2023 to render various services to the beneficiaries of various schemes

            During the meeting all the schemes and projects were screened. Admin Officers and Head of Offices of Implementing agencies were present.
