Dr. Goken Geyi’s Book on Singphos of North East India Released.

Aalo 21st Feb: A Book on ”€œSingphos of North East India: A Historical Study of Syncretic world view of Traditional and modernity”was released on the occasion of Arunachal Statehood Day by the Chief Guest Shri Dibang Tatak on 20th Feb. last.
Dr. Goken who completed her doctorate degree in History is a native from hamlet of Karbak Moku village under Kamba circle in West Siang District and at present she is serving as Assistant Professor at Govt. Model College at Geku in Upper Siang district. Speaking on the occasion she disclosed that the Research work covers a wide range of insights into that particular tribe and fruitful for the coming generation and also for the people of this state and the work is also a direction towards encouraging young writers of the state, she said.
