Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam attended Aalo Central Mopin

Aalo the 5^th April 2025: The Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Shri Pema Khandu, Smt Dasanglu Pul Hon’ble Minister of  Women and Child Development, Science and Technology, Shri Gumpe Rime graced the Central Mopin Festival as Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and Special Guest at Gumin Kinn Aalo in West Siang District on 5th April 2025.

            Advocate Kento Jini Hon Minister of Sports, Youth Affairs etc welcome the dignitaries and highlighted the importance of Mopin Festival and said that today after 46 years Assam Chief Minister is visiting Aalo. The peaceful relation of both the Chief Minister of two neighboring states is appreciable. He appealed the people of two state Assam and Arunachal Pradesh to live with love and peaceful co-existence.

            Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Sri Pema Khandu said in his address that Today is the Historic day and Mopin is the Unique festival. For the welfare of women sustainable development he handed over the sanction order of the construction of daily market Aalo and a multi storey parking building to DC Aalo Ms Mamu Hage. Galo language is to be preserved and encouraged the parents to practice Galo Language. A central Health institute will be sanction near Aalo, He Said. The development of North East is depending on Assam. The 70 years long Assam Arunachal Pradesh Boundary issue has been solved by both the HCM. The Arunachal Pradesh Cabinet Aap ke Dwar will be conducted at Aalo in the coming day He said.

            Later on, He inaugurated the Autism and Child Development at Aalo.

            Dr Himanta Biswa Sharma appealed the Galo people to protect and preserved their rich culture and tradition. Under the leadership of Sri Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of India, the entire North Eastern states is developing fastly. He also said that Assam & Arunachal boundary has been solved under Pema Khandu and myself He said. He also informed the thousands gathering to live peacefully with Assam People.

            Sri Gumpe Rime International football coach was felicitated by Assam Chief Minister.
