Dy Chief Minister attended ” Arunachal Yuva Samanvay 4.0 at Kombo Jirdin

Jirdin  the 28th January 2025:  Sri Chowna Mein Hon’ble Dy Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Kento Jini Hon’ble Minister Law, Legislative & Justice, Sports & Youth Affairs, SJETA attended the Yuva Samanvay 4.0 as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively.

            Before attending the Youth program Hon’ble Dy CM attended the prayer at Central Kargu Gamgi at Aalo. Later on he inaugurated the double court Badminton Hall at Hissam Colony Aalo.

            During the Arunachal Yuva Samanvay, all the youths from different tribes and communities of Arunachal Pradesh performed the carnival parade. Shri Abu Tayeng (IAS) Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs welcome the dignitaries and informed that this year seven hundred fifty youths from various tribes and communities  are taking part in Arunachal Yuva Samanvay 4.0. Arunachal is a diverse with different tribes and culture, the department of Sports and Youth affairs, GoAP is organising the AYS to showcased their knowledge, talent etc and this platform will provide the youth of Arunachal to a better direction which covered everything for the welfare of the youth of the state.

            Sri Kento Jini Kento Jini Hon’ble Minister Law, Legislative & Justice, Sports & Youth Affairs, SJETA advised the participants youth to be hard work in each and every field specially in academic career and sports activities. He informed the youths to avail the facilities of sports and academic which the GoAP is providing many welfare schemes. He advised the youths to be the torch bearer of the society, state and nation and discouraged the drugs which is badly impact ones life.

            Sri Chowna Mein Dy CM said that Arunachal Yuva Samanvay (AYS) is the biggest platform where every youths of the different tribes and communities come into one umbrella and shared their knowledge, culture in different subjects and said that AYS is the platform for Social integration.

            Poverty and unemployment is the biggest challenges of Arunachal Pradesh and government is working on it to eradicate the poverty alleviation. The State and National Govt has launched many poverty alleviation programme. And for unemployment, the govt has launched many self employment programmes for youths and informed the youths to avail the schemes. He appreciated Mrs Jumde Yomgam Gamlin who is recently awarded Padma Shri who is working tirelessly to eradicate the drug menace in West Siang District. He appealed the youths of the state to render selfless services to make Arunachal a develop state.

            He also appreciated the villagers of Kombo Jirdin , District Administration and Sports and Youth department to declared the Jirdin Village(Venue) as tobacco and alcohol free zone during the 4 days event. The year 2024-25 has been declared as the year of the youth by GoAP and with this many youth programmes are included and you have to avauil it, He said.

            The Arunachal Yuva Samanvay will concluded on 31st Jan 2025.

            Ms Mamu Hage (IAS) Deputy Commissioner West Siang District thanks the state govt to choose the West Siang as a host district for AYS 4.0 at Kombo Jirdin and thanks the dignitaries and delegates for their active participation.
