Meet on District Skill Nodal Centre at Shi-Yomi Held.

Aalo 19th Dec. The District Nodal Centre for Shi-Yomi with theme One district, One Product was held under the Chairmanship of Shi-Yomi Deputy Commissioner Shri Mito Dirchi at his office Chamber on 17th Dec last. The DC disclosed that under the scheme, farmers as individuals or groups basis can avail loan up to Rs.10 lakhs wherein 35% would be govt. subsidy. Kiwi and red potatoes which are being produced there in abundance has been recommended as export product of the district. The Craft Centre Mechuka has been indentified as the District Skill Nodal Centre.
The Deputy Director of Industries Shri Gomar Angu, Shri Raj Basumatory BM SBI Mechuka, Shri Tapan Dutta DFDO, Teresa Padu Lollen ADTH and Dusu Nado HDO were present as the line departments to throw lights on respective on the schemes meant for the farmers of the district.
