Minister, DC BJP Frontal Workers Carry out Plantation Drive at Circuit House

On 2nd October: The Minister Industries, Textile & Handicraft Shri Tumke Bagra accompanied by West Siang Deputy Commissioner, President BJKM, District President BJP carried out different varieties of plants on the side of newly constructed Circuit House Aalo to kick start “Seva Aur Samarpan Abhiyan” Programme.. The Minister also released a Leopard Cat nurtured by the Forest different to mark the 67th Wild Life Week of the Forest department. The programme was initiated by Shri Dakli Doji, State Council Member cum In-Charge Plantation in close coordination with the Aalo Forest division
Addressing the gathering at a brief function held at Circuit House, the Minister exhorted the administration, Executing Agencies, party workers to work as a cohesive unit to work for the general welfare of the public and development of Aalo town. The DC Shri Penga Tato outlined the activities being initiated by the district administration on various issues and sought cooperation of all to work for the development of the district.
The State President of BJKM Shri Dunngoli Libang stressed on PRIs leaders to play proactive role in local self governance and strive hard to know financial and other govt. rules and guidelines to handle powers devolution to run local self govt. in the state and laid stress on promotion of West Siang Handloom and Weavers’ Cooperative society and Women Self Help Groups. The district BJP President Shri Yomto Jini and Shri Dakli Doji, State Council Member cum In-Charge Plantation also spoke.
