Miscreant Sets Fire on District Court Building for the Third time in 11 Months.

Aalo Sept. 12:- District Court Building which is thought to the safest and most secured place is apparently under threat as miscreants set it ablaze today again for the third time today at around 3 am. The miscreant burnt down the scooty of one of the security personnel after sprinkling petrol around the court building and security on duty rang up the police and fire brigade only after fire caught the Court Building and manage to douse it. The scooty was completely burnt down and fire caught the outer surface of the court building.
This is the third incident of such kind within a span of 11 months and west Siang Bar association have strongly demand immediate suspension of IRBN personnel who were deployed in the CJM Cum Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) court for their failure and negligence to apprehend the miscreant and safeguard the court premises. The members further demanded the district administration for deployment of security personnel on roaster system at CJM court, immediate installation of high resolution night vision camera, high musk tower at the court premises and urged the district administration to hand over of all the pending registered cases against miscreants involved in attacking and destroying the CJM Court on 20/11/2018, 06/05/2019 and 12/09/2019 to SIT for further investigation by officers not below the rank of Dy. Superintendent of Police failing which the Bar members will go on protest by not taking up all government cases (Civil &Criminal) till demands are fulfilled by the concern authorities.

Bar members put their strong resentments and submitted their grievances in a meeting held with district administration under the Chairmanship West Siang, ADC, Shri C. Chukhu. The ADC also assured to take up the issue with DC and SP for immediate action.
