Mopin Football Tourney Gets Underway at Darka Village.

Aalo March 15:- The Mopin football Tournament organised by Central Mopin Celebration Commiittee Aalo got underway at Darka village on 14th February last.Inaugurating the tournament, the West Siang Deputy Commissioner Smti Swetika Sachan said that oneness can be promoted through games and sports and exhorted the players to take it in its true spirit as the tournament is played to mark the great festival like Mopin. The President CMCC, Shri Nyiken Lollen and Secretary, Er. Jumge Ete spoke on the objective behind the tournament.
The said tournament has to be shifted from Aalo town due to damage of General Ground Aalo for construction of stadium but now left in a state of Abandon and ongoing examinations in different
schools.
