National Voters Day Observed:

Aalo 25th Jan: – The National Voters Day was marked with procession by students from various Higher Secondary Schools with banners, posters and slogans around Aalo town and later congregated at Aalo club for launching of SVEEP signature and pledge, street play on ethical voting, felicitations to teachers and newly enrolled voters today. The West Siang DEO, Smti Swetika Sachan, District Nodal Officer, Smti Binti Mibang, AERO spelt the significance of the day and exhorted the young voters to take part in the democratic process without fear and free way.
