NCORD monthly meeting held

Aalo the 30^th  June 2023: The monthly Narco Coordination meeting of West Siang District was held under the chairmanship of Shri Penga Tato Deputy Commissioner West Siang at DC’s conference Hall. Shri Moge Bole DySP i/c SP Aalo highlighted the importance of the NCORD meeting. During the meeting D.C informed inform the Tax & Excise departments to installed CCTV in front of all the wine shop and by 8 pm all wine shops to be closed and also directed that wine ship owners are not to sell IMFL to under age customer.

            As per the NGO ” Mother’s Vision” their society have recorded more than 92 Hepatitis-B positive case since January to till date , HIV positive cases and many STD cases etc recorded in West Siang District.

            NCORD members minutely discussed how to check the drugs menace from West Siang. Drug awareness campaign to be continue, and for complain of any drug related issues complain box will be kept in the premises of DC Office Aalo. Wine shops owners are not to sell IMEL to under age customers.

            It was also decided to frisking of all vehicles entering Aalo Township. Many Drug related cases reporting from every corner of West Siang. DC West Siang appeals the public to cooperate and help District administration to stop the drugs from West Siang District. The West Siang NCORD team will start surprise checking in various location of west Siang very soon to check the drug.

            During the meeting Smt Jumde Gamlin ZPM cum Chairman Mother Vision, D.Bagra DMO, Moge Bole DySP, B.Koyu Dy Director (ICDS) spoke on the meeting.
