One Day Exporter Conclave was organized at Gumin Kin Auditorium, Aalo

Aalo on 13^th August 2022:- One Day exporter Conclave was being organized by the Department of Trade and Commerce West Siang District Aalo. The Conclave was organized under the guidance of Shri Henkir Lollen SDO i/c ADC Aalo. The conclave was attended by Sri Penga Tato West Siang Deputy Commissioner and entrepreneur from West Siang District.  DC Penga Tato encouraged the entrepreneurs to sell their products in online also and make available to local market first. He appreciated the local entrepreneurship for their hard work which some of their products should be also available in the departmental store.

The Department of Horticulture and Agriculture attended the program and shared the govt. schemes to the farmers and one of the Progressive Farmer Smt Yayum Gangkak shared her problems during the initial stage of her tea estate. She encourages the farmers to focus on tea cultivation which is more profitable. Her tea product is popularly known as Siru Tea.

Boken Organic Tea estate also shared the procedure of making organic tea and also highlighted the benefit of Organic tea.

During the day various department and entrepreneurs participated and showcase their product. Farmers and entrepreneurs were given the certificate from Deputy Commissioner. Inspector (T&C) thanked all the participants.
