Aalo on 23rd December 2022: As a part of Good Governance week, The West Siang District Administration conducted a workshop on “effective public service delivery prashashan Gaon ki Aur 2022” at ZPC Conference Hall Aalo.
During the workshop Shri Hujar Lollen Retd IAS Officer was attended as Chief Guest. Lollen while delivering his inaugural speech shared his long experiences of service life. He advised the Officers and Official to discharge minimum governance and maximum services to the publics. All the government servant to be discharge their duties for the grievances of the public’s. He requests the government servant to be sincere effective, functional and discipline. The Public servant must be performed their duties up to the expectation of public’s on good Governance accountability, transparency, responsive etc must be the system of all offices.
As far as possible quick service delivery system to be adopted. Lollen as a good administrator advised the young administrators and officers to dedicate in their duties as he did in the past life. He also appealed to officers and officials to take pledge for good services to the publics.
He appreciated the single window system of jan suvidha and Govt programme of Sewa Aap ke Dwar.
On his speech Lollen proposed the public leaders of West Siang to change its nomenclature of West Siang District as it is no relevant today as many district have been bifurcated from West Siang District. And also request the government to identify Aalo Township as Municipal Town.
During the Day Sri Yidak Angu (DDSE) West Siang presented the performance of schools of West Siang District in power Point. Dr Dubom Bagra DMO Aalo also presented the performance of General Hospital Aalo in PPT. Er. Bomi Nyorak AE PHED also presented the performance of JJM of West Siang in PPT also.
West Siang Deputy Commissioner Sri Penga Tato appealed all the officers and officials to perform their duties in line with good governance. DC also appeals officers and officials to be self discipline and dutiful. Tato also urged the GBs to deliver the justice in time at village levels.
