”SHACHHTA HI SEVA” 2019 Launched from Nehru Chowk.

Aalo Sept. 12:- SHACHHTA HI SEVA,€ 2019 was launched by Er. Hali Welly, Executive Engineer,Urban development and Housing in presence of HODS, Mother Vision, Galo Ane Safai Abhiyan, teachers, students at Nehru Chowk on 11th Sept. last. The programme launched on 11th Sept will culminate on 27th October next.
Er. Welly dwelt at length on social services in in different places, Plastic Waste Management Rule 2016, mass cleanliness drive at all hospitals, community shramdaam, massive plastic waste collection drives by all, across all urban areas, Mass segregation drives in the urban areas, transportation of biodegradable waste from all wards to vermi-compost pits identified by Galo Ane, Segregation into recyclables and non-recyclable, transportation to industries in Assam for recycling/disposal of rejected waste to dump yard.
Smti Jumde Yomgam, Chairperson stressed on generating awareness activities in school, colleges and Social service-cum-cleanliness Drive at respective institutions, market place, sectors and colonies to make the National Mission a successful one.
