Aspirant Groups as Event Manager for YRF-2020 Presents their Concept Papers.

Aalo 7th Dec: – Five groups of aspirants as Event managers of Yomgo River Festival, 2020 gave power point presentations on their drawn out plan on Yomgo River Festival 2020 as per the directive given by West Siang Deputy Commissioner Smti Swetika Sachan at Conference Hall of DC office today.
The Board of officers headed by Shri Abhinav Kumar, Chairman Steering Committee YRF-2020 had patient listening on detail power point presentation by Orchids, Wild Flower Production, Phoenix Rising and MilesAcres. The Selection Board has decided to select one Event Manager forYRF-2020 based on merit like creativity and innovation, design, team coordination and other experiences to conduct such mega events. It has been decided to give preferences to the youths of West Siang having good experiences in the field events under registered Event Managements with all certificates to justify it.
The Board will finally select an Event Manager directly or phasing workloads to few groups entrusting different nature of works within few days to start the preparatory works for the festival.
