Taami Komji Football League 2023 gets underway

Aalo the 22^nd June 2023: The Bogdo Battalion of the 5 infantry Brigade in collaboration with the District Sports Department is proud to organize the inaugural “Taami Komji Football League 2023” (TKPL-23) in Aalo. This historic all-girls tournament aims to encourage women footballers in East Siang and promote gender equality in sports.

            The TKPL-23 kicked off on 20 June 20, with eight teams enthusiastically vying for the chance to etch their names in the annals of history as the first champions of this event. The response from the community has been overwhelming with an outpouring of enthusiasm and support.

The final match will be played on 23 June 2023 at Bogdo Battalion Location in Aalo.
