The West Siang Deputy Commissioner Conduct Monthly Review Meeting

Aalo the 25^th July 2024:  The West Siang Deputy Commissioner Ms. Mamu Hage (IAS) conducted the monthly review meeting with all administrative officers of West Siang District in her Office Chamber on 24th July 2024. The meeting was chaired by DC.

            During the meeting Deputy Commissioner entrusted every admin officers in various ongoing projects and other administrative related works of various administrative circles of West Siang. In every Tuesday and Friday she entrusted admin officer for field visit in various circles. The members decided to document all the good initiative and major works taken up by District Administration. Also admin officers were entrusted for various Core issues like Shramdan, Night Patrolling etc, Smty. Mabi Taipodia Jini, ADC (HQ), Aalo entrusted to coordinate with DSO (Sports) , DMO EE (UD) as Nodal Officer for monitoring of Darka Sports Complex and construction of 2 (two) new General Hospital Aalo. Shri Eken Bam (CO), Ms Giogi Rimi (CO) and Shri Todak Riba (CO) Darak entrusted as Nodal Officer for monitoring Land encroachment, water treatment plant at Yeggo and construction of Aalo outdoor stadium respectively. Deputy Commissioner urged the concern Admin officers to check all the private cyber cafes of West Siang to ensure that  illegal papers or fake Aadhar Card are being provided by them or not.

            The DC also requested the Admin Officers to enroll all the labours in e-Sharam portal of various circle. During the meeting it was decided to make Aalo as Plastic free zone.

            The meeting attended by Smty. Mabi Taipoida Jini, ADC (HQ), Shri Prince  Kumar, IAS  Assistant Commissioner, Shri Gyamar Amte, ADC Yomcha, Shri Todak Riba (CO) Ms. Giogi Rimi (CO)  and Shri Eken Bam (CO)
