Aalo 12th March: The week long Block level Foundation cum Functional Programme on panchayati Raj system concluded today. The second batch of PRI members were from 30th Aalo West. The training programme was jointly organized by District administration of west siang district and state institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRD & PR) Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.
Circle Officer mrs Binti Mibang arrange for the training programme at Aalo. Resource person Rodo Bui ( Asst. Director SIRD) impart whole training period and urged the Panchayat Raj Members to have a deep Knowledge of Govt. state or Central Sponsored scheme.
Advocate Gekor Angu ZPM Angu and Doji request the Gram chair person and Gram panchayat Members to implement the Govt. Scheme for over all development of Grass root level. And he Distributed the training Certificate of 30th Aalo West Panchayati Raj Institute members.
More than 140 Gram Chair Panchayat & Gram Panchayat members took participated and got trained.
The theme of the training was “Empowering Panchayati Raj system through SPICE model.
