West Siang APDA Dedicates their Day to Felicitate Frontline Covid-19 Warriors.

Aalo 01 July: – The West Siang Unit of Arunachal Pradesh Doctors’ Association dedicated the Doctors’ Day in this pandemic time to felicitate the frontline Covid-19 workers who have been working day and night for different duties in different parts of the district. All sanitary Assistants and Care Takers of CCC, QF,DCHC, Bio Waste Management Team of Urban Department, Lab Technicians/Sample Collectors, Disinfection team, drivers and frontline risk takers were presented T-Shorts inscribed ‘€œYou are Our Hero” by the APDA today. The President of APDA, Dr. Moli Riba DMO West Siang said that all rank and files of frontline workers are main workforce without which we cannot fight with this ever invading pandemic disease. We have to live with the virus, fight must go on in a cohesive way and committed manner, workers must take care of their health too and he apologized for not meeting all the needs workers due to limitations with him. The Secretary APDA, Dr. Olen Tatak, Covid-19 Awareness In Charge of the district, Dr. Jumge Padu highlighted the objectives behind celebrating the day in a different way this time to encourage
the frontline workers. The APDA exhorted them to maintain the tempo to fight against this deadly virus. The Team of APDA is visiting all Quarantine Facility Centres of the district to distribute the T-Shirts to encourage the frontline workers who could not make up to the Felicitation Programme due to their pre-occupations here and there as a mark of celebrating the Doctors’ Day here.
