West Siang conduct first District Level Monitoring Committee review meeting

Aalo the 4th July 2024:  The first DLMC meeting of West Siang was conducted at the DC’s conference hall, Aalo. The meeting was chaired by Ms Mamu Hage IAS Deputy Commissioner West Siang cum Chairman DLMC. Before starting of DLMC DC urge all the line department to start e-shram yojana to provide social security to workers. She entrusted the labour to enrolled in e-shram.

            DC also informed the HoD’s to enrolled their departmental labourers in e-shram portal. Also DC directed all the line department , PHED, RWD,PWD, DAO, DHO, WRD etc to submit the daily disaster report at 5pm to DC and DDMO as monsoon has already started. She also informed the HoD’s to depute the department representative during the Circle Level Monitoring Committee Meeting(CLMC) of West Siang which is most important.

            For beautification, cleanliness of Aalo township DC also proposed to start Shramdaan. Under the Shramdaan Aalo township will be plastic freezone, every sectors of Aalo township will be clean by involving every individuals of the sector dwellers.

            During the DLMC meeting department of Health headed by Dr Dubom Bagra DMO Aalo achieved 5 NQAS and LAQSHYA for West Siang which is commendable.

            DC assured to conduct monthly review meeting on flagship programme  of different department so, that beneficiaries can avail the benefits from Govt schemes. DC also informed DDSE to submit the ratio of teachers and student of West Siang. She also informed the forest department to conduct Airgun surrendered Abhiyaan in West Siang

            Sri Tumpe Ete, ZPC West Siang urged all the HoD’s to share the grievances to him so that he can place it to HMLA’s and also requested all the Officers to jointly work for the overall development of the District.

            During the meeting HoD’s, ZPMs, Circle Officers and Officers of various department were attended the meeting.
